There have been a number of questions about the tube life, and it makes sense.
We are making an fairly large investment in a new device, and we know that the key element (the tube) can be expected to fail at some point. The total cost of a Glowforge over time is at this point a complete unknown, but since I hope to own the thing for more then 2 years I would love a way to estimate.
It would be really nice if your cloud software collected run time hour information and failure information to help us all estimate how much time we have left in our tubes (and machine in general).
