Didn’t make the dress… but I modified it alot… added waist garnishes and a bustle that matched the petticoat underneath. I don’t know why wedding dresses don’t have bustles built in already…I guess they want you to drag the dress on the floor at the reception…lol

Safety Engineer (again): You do have to be careful. Inspect the length for kinks and damage, especially when little kids are involved. Those EL wires run at 120 volts AC (some higher peak-peak), often at 2000 Hertz frequency. They don’t use much current, but a little kid getting shocked at the right moment in the heart beat cycle, could be a medical emergency. Just some caution. - Rich

I sent Eli off in a rocket man costume. The turbines in the jetpack were lasercut and the fabric for the flames was all lasercut too

The lasercut clown face went down very well, particularly when lit up with some neopixels

Perfect application of your clown!

Oh, that is so clever with the coke bottle rockets! :grinning:

(And the kids around here would probably be scared to approach your house with that clown over the door - but it looks fantastic! ROFL!)

These are so good! I like the musical instruments for contrast. The blond woman on the right is the scary one! - Rich

She was our makeup artist. I was totally fine with it, until I realized that the guys outside of our department were checking me out. Apparently, I make a really cute female…

That was the exact skit that we put on for our company’s Halloween Party lol. so many complements.King Tut’s Joule of DeNile

About a minute in I completely had a brain fart moment where I thought we were about twelve bars further along in the music than we were and I kind of just wander aimlessly around the stage before realizing that I am making a complete fool of myself, and I get back into the dance like nothing happened. Fortunately the bronzer is so thick on my face that you can’t tell I am blushing like a student who just opened his scribd account to show fellow students a certain engineering book during a presentation and doesn’t realize that the vividly titled book about adding certain intimate aspects to a relationship was the top item. Not admitting to experiencing that though…

Nah, Amazon was a time saver here lol, though the costumes were so cheap parts kept falling off, so we essentially rebuilt them all using the superglue I had purchased that morning to recenter King Tut’s crystal. Best rushed 4 dollar Walmart purchase ever lol

Oh gosh, that was the funniest routine ever! I watched the whole video (or as much as I could–it kept cutting out on me) and your team has real talent.

We pronounced “talent” as “alcohol” in this video lol

In all seriousness though, thanks  - they are a great group to work with.
