How to engrave a glass bottle on a Glowforge

Technically, as in a technical sense, “vinyl” just describes a functional group with carbon and hydrogen. However, in popular usage PVC is often called just “vinyl”. If you find something advertised as “vinyl” there’s a very good chance it is actually PVC.

For example, Oracal 631 (economy sign vinyl), MSDS (https://s3.amazonaws.com/fellers/production/documents/Oracal_631_MSDS_(Current_2014).pdf) says: pvc - film, polyacrylate adhesive and silicone - coated paper

I posted my question as such as it is something that’s been rehashed again and again on the forums. Essentially just wanted to point out in a round about way to check if it really is just vinyl or if it’s the more dubious “vinyl”.
