Hi, everyone! I just wanted to share a video that covers some interesting laser cutting techniques. We’re making 10 different monsters. The stencil is my favorite one in the mix. I’d love to hear any interesting techniques that you use.

Just so you know, Glowforge specifically recommends that 1/8" plywood NOT be cut in the Aura.

Just so you know, Glowforge specifically recommends that 1/8" plywood NOT be cut in the Aura.

To further clarify, it is the MDF core ply’s that they recommend against due to how dirty it burns under the LED laser. Baltic Birch and the “lite ply” that sells work great.

And @john11 , I loved this as it wasn’t about the monsters at all it was about 10 ways to get things done.
