Apologies for my long-windedness here, but my sister from the Windy City needed to replace the windcatcher for a wind chime our Dad had made her. She suggested something in a celtic knot design and about 6 inches in diameter.
The Glowforge and proofgrade acrylic came through splendidly. She seemed happy. Now we’ll see how it handles Chicago weather.
Looks awesome! You might check out defocusing acrylic engraves, it apparently makes it look much smoother. I haven’t tried it yet but I’ve seen posts here.

I accidentally defocused a score recently laying out something without the crumb tray. Since scores are faster than engraves, that might be something to try. Except that you would have to draw the lines.
