I am trying to do a 3D engrave, but not having any luck. Every time I choose it - I get a message saying ‘It says no 3D engrave settings for this Proofgrade material.’ I sent a request in to support but have not heard back. Is there a walk through somewhere I can check? Thanks!

3D engrave has not yet been activated. Remember that as of this time the software is still in beta.

I have been playing with the engraving a lot. How is 3D engrave different from just doing ‘Convert Gray Level To power’? It seems to work great - although the depth is not configurable…

I’m afraid I have no idea! It will be fun to find out when the time comes.
I’m not sure what the difference is.
My guess is that the 3D engrave is automatic settings, similar to the “Engrave by color” settings.
FYI, the “Convert Gray Level To Power” settings work great!
