Welcome to the forum. I am sure you will enjoy your Glowforge once you get it set up. This file may not utilize any glue, but in general your best bet is to use the search function of the forum. There are lots of posts regarding adhesive, sanding before glueing, etc., etc.
I really like rapidfuse, because it glues quickly, a lot of designs are too difficult to clamp.

As the slots are all .118", I suspect 1/8".
