This is our 3rd glowforge machine and it is not performing it’s intended use. The exhaust fan is now not working. I need RITA to get into contact with me. I have emailed twice already.
It’s probably worth double checking, while you’re waiting (your emails and this post have all opened trouble tickets), that you didn’t inadvertently turn the fan off while using Set Focus or something.
