4th of July

I cook mine with a dry rub applied the day before, no sauce (although we serve it if people want to ruin theirs.)

They are moist and tender. I’m pretty proud of them, and virtually everyone who has them for the first time says they are the best they’ve had. My daughter and ex. pleaded with me to make these for our get-together today.

I got the fresh corn for this. It’s my summer has officially started dish.

Looks like a Texas Caviar! Been thinking about that—I need to order the stuff in my next grocery order…
