I purchased all 5 types of 1/4" veneer that measured 19" x 12 from home depot online. They come in walnut, cherry, mahogany, maple and hickory. It’s a trial game depending on the scenery.
The hickory has lots of variations of color in the wood. So I choose not to use this with objects that would normally be a solid color. It’s fun to play with.

Oh my, that is fantastic. I will definitely be buying your file. I have always loved wildlife/wilderness themed art depicting Alaska/Canda/Rocky Mountains. I just got back from Alaska and now I’m kind of on a “Arctic-Great White North” kick.
