Alright, my fingers hurt but I did it.
I took my carriage plate from GF4 and moved it to GF5. I’m using GF5’s laser head. Tension seems good according to the guide, so I didn’t adjust it.
The result is real bad.
Thank you so much for running this test for us. This helped to eliminate the carriage plate as the source of the trouble.
Unfortunately, this means that we are not able to solve this remotely. On behalf of the whole team, I’m so incredibly sorry about the experience you’ve with this unit and the ones before it. We are committed to taking care of you and making this right.
