Hi, I filed a support ticket 7-days ago. I haven’t heard a response yet. Are others experiencing this long wait time? Do I follow up or would responding just push my ticket to the back of the queue?
If you did not receive an automated response right away, it means they did not receive your email. 7 days is a bit too long, so I think you should send them another email. They are slow, but not usually that slow.
