Accessory Box didn't ship?

Finally got the space ready to set up the glowforge, but still no accessory box. At first I thought since they both had the same tracking number they were just combined together in one box. After inspecting the unit when it arrived, I then figured the accessory box was just late.

Looking through the tracking number again to see if I missed something, I noticed the two separate tracking numbers in the dropdown box on the UPS site, in which is says the lighter box of the shipment is still “Order Processed, Ready for UPS” almost a month later.

I’m so sorry! We’ve reached out to our logistics team and we are investigating.
