Just baked my first from scratch cookies today, and have wanted to take on bread for a long time. This is a really neat project!

It’s never too late 
My kids learned to cook & bake from their mom (& pizza, bread and bbq from me). We figured it was an essential lifeskill - vs playing town soccer leagues with 5,000 other kids.

I’m gonna give pizza a go tomorrow, maybe. I think I’ve finally got fried chicken down, my wife struggled to not eat more of it last night, so that’s gotta be a good sign!
