I bought prograde acrylic from Glowforge specific for my aura and it’s not cutting through

Glowforge guarantees that their Proofgrade materials will cut with Proofgrade settings. Please share which acrylic you were trying to cut with the Aura and a photo of the results.

Thanks for the picture that shows your struggle. The Aura often requires multiple passes to cut material, and in the case of the eco green I believe Proofgrade settings are for 2 passes. From your picture it is clear that the machine did not make two identical passes and therefore the cut was incomplete and the material ruined. In most instances when this happens, Glowforge suggests a thorough cleaning of the rails.
I suggest thoroughly cleaning the rails and then printing your item again. If you still get poor results after cleaning the machine, send the photos to Glowforge in a support ticket.
