I have a new refurbished Glowforge to replace my previous Glowforge.
The “magic button” glows green.
When I go to Glowforge.com and log in I am unable to “add a printer”.
The name of my former device still appears under “Glowforge Printers” but I cannot get my replacement machine to show up for connection to my laptop.
I have tried “Connect Your Glowforge to WiFi” . It prompts me to “Download for Windows” and then downloads a set up file. When the file is opened it is a blank page and nothing more can be done. I see a blank white page with only a logo at the top.
I’m anxious to get back to productivity.
