I got the same email,but their small print says the offer is only good for existing photo or single app members, so my guess is anybody that is eligible got the same email.
(When I click the link in mine, It asks me to sign into my account)
Mine says new customers and it came to an email account not associated with my Adobe ID.
Hah. I also got that offer, but it ended on the 3rd!
