So I printed something with my glowforge and after it was done it gave me a picture of the finalized print. My problem is, I want to print something else but when I go to my dashboard and try to upload my new design I still see the finished print from before.
How do I clear out that old print so I can get back to printing?
If anyone could help, I’d be much appreciated.
Under the gear icon in your home screen there’s an option to refresh the bed image. 
It won’t allow me to refresh it. 
For whatever reason, that option won’t select.
Is your Glowforge online?

Sometimes a good refresh via the browser window itself is needed…
Yes, I am online and I just tried to refresh my browser… No luck.
The refresh bed image is there, it’s just grey. When I hover over it stays grey and won’t let me click it.
Can you provide a screenshot of the app screen from the design space?

Have turned off the unit and then waited about a minute and turned it back on. That will restart the centering and refresh the bed.

I’m so sorry you ran into trouble. I extracted the logs from your Glowforge, and it looks like your Glowforge is connected and you’ve been able to print since contacting us. That’s great!
