After 19 months of using my Basic, today when I went to print an order I printed the night before too, the GF focuses and readies like normal, I hit the button, and it goes to start printing. At the start location it fires a quick laser burst but the head stops moving and the laser doesn’t fire. I opened the lid and it doesn’t cancel the project. I can cancel from my PC, but the head stays in the same position and doesn’t go home. Only way to reset is turning it off and on and letting it start homing like normal. Tried this 4 times now and the same cycle occurs each time.

Not sure what fixed it. Maybe it was signing out and back into the app. Now it works though.
