After turning off it won't turn on

My glowforge pro (has all beta features working) was powered on since Friday.
This morning (Sunday), at 11:40am I attempted to print on a dog tag.
The browser said error occurred and instructed to refresh browser.
Everything seemed to be working fine. The set focus came back.
I reloaded the design 3 times and got the same message.
The next step I powered off the glowforge.
When I turned it back on (after 30 seconds) nothing happened. It’s like it’s not plugged in. Yes I have plugged something else into the outlet to prove there is power.

I see another post with the same issue and it looked like they were replacing it.

Glowforge won’t turn on

I used my glowforge this morning and it worked perfectly . I’ve gone to turn it on just now and it won’t turn on . There’s nothing at all. I’ve tried a different cable and I’ve tried different sockets so I know it has to be the glowforge any ideas a ?

Sounds like a power supply failure, and it will need to be repaired.

Posting here has opened a second support ticket, they’ll close this and continue to work via email.
