After I connected to the internet the button turned yellow. I’m a teacher, it was the end of the day, I work two jobs, so I shut it off and left for the day. Now when I turn it on the button doesn’t glow. I emailed tech support six days ago, no replies. Please help. We waited a year to get this and my students are eager to use it.
Yellow generally indicates check the User Interface for a message - but more often it seems to be temperature related.
The Wifi set up (and the corresponding teal button) is generally a one-time thing, unless you switch networks.
When you turn it on now, what happens? Does it do anything? Does the head move as it attempts to calibrate?
Have you logged into app.glowforge.com (which is the user interface)? On the upper-right, it should show a machine status (offline or online).

@lvelle it looks like your machine is online and printing. I’m going to close this thread - if the problem reoccurs, go ahead and post a new topic.
