There was a small fire this morning during my first print and it melted the belt and air assist fan. The fan isn’t so bad it doesn’t work but the belt needs to be replaced asap. Of course I am up to my eye balls in orders and needs this like now… Any ideas where I can get a new belt today?
Support will work with you to send a new one! In the meantime, contact you customers and let them know about the delay, or outsource the work.
Thank you, I did let them know. Hopefully I hear from support sooner rather then later.
Expect three to four weeks to get replacement parts based on what I have seen. It may be faster or slower, but you should plan on a month and hopefully it will be faster.
I’m terribly sorry to hear about the trouble with the damaged belt. I see you’ve also emailed us about this and I’ve just replied there with the next steps to order a new one.
