I can not run my machine, keep saying air assist doesn’t have enough power of something. I followed instruction to clean and check the fan. Can someone help or can I buy a new part.
Two questions before you start replacing things.
- Are you using magnets? If yes, did the failure happen when it was going over it?
- When you cleaned, did you push a pipe cleaner or similar through the chute? Frequently that gets jammed and the spot is invisible from the outside.

It has also been known that a magnet attaches itself to the carriage.
Also there are three plates that go to three pins at the back of the head and gunk that prevents one or more pins from making good contact can also give you that error.
