my internet went out a few weeks ago and when it came back on, my 2.4 network was gone and I couldn’t get my Glowforge to connect. I finally got my internet situation fixed and now that it’s fixed, I am getting air assist error about reseating the head. I have cleaned everything. It will start up, center, focus, etc and then when I press the button to start the print, it won’t move, it just stops the print and gives me the error message. What can do I do to fix this problem? I am in desperate need of help.

I’m having the same issue and so far no support from glowforge. Really hoping someone will offer help. It’s very frustrating as all I did was clean the fan. When I click to follow instructions “here” I get uh oh this page knows nothing!
Best option right now seems to be to keep calling support until you get someone live.
