Yup. Have a project deadline tomorrow. Can’t use the Glowforge because of the Air Assist Fan Error. Followed the steps in the two support articles, and it still does not work. No, no magnets are used in our woodwork. Can we see if the fan is dead?
Try re-seating the head. It will give a false air-assist error message.
If that doesn’t take care of it, you might need to clean the fan. Process is described here:

Nope! Not going to make it.
Did you check the ribbon that connects to the head? Many times that is the actual issue.
