I am having issues with my air assist fan I have followed all the recommended steps to cleaning. But still no go it says the fans speeds are incorrect on the error message. It worked great then stopped in the middle of a job today
Any chance you’re using magnets? Sometimes they can mess with the fan as it goes over them - or get stuck to the fan which can also mess with it.

Ok, just to be sure, that message is for the tiny fan on the back of the metal carriage plate. Can you follow the instructions on support.glowforge.com to remove the plate and get good pictures of the fan, and while you’re there make sure the tiny cables are all still connected. Like this:
Likely you’ll need to wait for a staffer, but they’re going to ask for that info so better to get it to them ahead of time.
