I cleaned the fan and plugged it back in. I made 1 print and it worked fine. I went to make another one and I get the error. The air assist fan on the carriage plate is not running at the correct speed. Try reseating your printer head… following these steps. Then it goes to a page with a 404 error. When I find it in the support page, go through the steps and take the photos it requires, when I click additional support it goes to another broken link. I have the photos. I have checked connections, reseated the head. cleaned the fan again.

These pictures are of the printhead fan, not the air assist fan. Have you cleaned the air assist fan as well? Cleaning Your Air Assist Fan (Performance Series)

Thank you! I located the Air Assist fan and it was very dirty. I cleaned and this fixed the problem!
