Hi Glowforge tribe!

I got a “reseat print head” error for my air assist not working. I followed both of the below instructions and did them more than once (more like 10 times)

Still, have the same error.

No magnets. I also took off my vent in the back and cleaned that out really well. I cleaned the tiny fan on the head, as well as took off the plate on the back of the air assist fan to clean the back up.

My Glowforge has never been so clean!!

Does anyone have any tricks up their sleeve?things to try? I am so frustrated and want to get my printer printing.

I emailed support but in the meantime I thought I’d hop on here. I have also looked through previous threads :woman_shrugging:t3:

I would check the pins on the bottom of the head. Make sure they all depress and retract if you push them down. Also, make sure the 4 gold contacts on the carriage are clean.

If that didn’t work, I’d pull the carriage plate/air assist assembly off and check the connector back by the fan.
