My GF air filter isn’t working. The light turns on but no noise comes as if its powered up and running. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I also just sent an email to GF support.
For future reference, posting in this section opens a support ticket just like emailing support, so it’s best to just do one or the other in order not to slow down their process with unnecessary duplicates.
