Alignment issues when scoring and cutting

Recently the alignment becomes off while scoring and cutting. On an item that is scored and then cut, the shapes do not align. The issue is worse when scoring so seems to be related to speed. The Y-axis belts seem taut.

I have printed the Gift of Good Measure multiple times. Printing 3 Gifts together shifts the spacing on the scored holes vs the cutouts.

I have thoroughly cleaned the machine, taken out the crumb tray, cleaned all the fans and lenses.

The cuts are shifting too in relation to the design. You can see that the upper carrots and bunnies are closer.

Check the bearings and belt on the y axis. See if something is slipping there.
