Have been getting a ton of tech issues with my Glowforge recently. Goes offline. Camera won’t take a picture intermittently. Pass through cuts stop with the message “print expired.” I will get a random nondescript message that says “an error has occurred on your Glowforge” with no explanation of what the error actually is. Needing to do wifi setup again every few days… I have even tried connecting it to different access points on completely separate networks trying to isolate the issue that way, with no improvement. Is anyone else experiencing a bouquet of random print issues? I can’t see all of these random parts just failing on my machine at the same time which makes me wonder if this is a more widespread issue with the cloud services. I’ve emailed support yesterday but yet to hear anything back.
If this were system wide, there would be lots of reports. This is probably an individual problem.

My Glowforge has been a butt lately too…I’m constantly having to refresh my work page because of errors, have to restart my Glowforge almost daily to get past other errors, and now today it won’t even start up properly. Can’t get past the start up calibration, just gets stuck on ‘Focusing’ eternally…I’ve tried all of the wi-fi fixes too and nothing is helping. I’m on the verge of a factory reset if support doesn’t get back to me with anything helpful tomorrow. You’re not alone in your frustrations! One thing I’ve been wondering, can our Glowforges get viruses from our computers?
