I just failed an issue with the GF team where my GF would be stuck in a “Calibrating” mode hour after hour. Restarts etc didn’t help.
The response email said that it would take a while to get back to me, so I decided to investigate.
I removed the laser head and cleaned both lenses, everything was clean as far as I could tell. BUT the cap containing the left lens was super lose - I could turn it a quarter turn before it tightened. I haven’t touched that part before, so I don’t know how lose it was out of the box, but now it’s tight.
And guess what? Calibration issues went away. Yay!
