I have sent an email to support and their auto response suggested I consult the forum. I have had trouble loading things to print all day. I finally started a print using a different browser and half way through it stopped and an amber light came on. It is not hot in the room. At one point the message said lid open. I have had two machines replaced because of that message. I have turned off both the GF and my computer and there is still an amber light and no response from my machine.
Is anyone else having print issues today?
