Amber light again and the dreaded lid open message

I have sent an email to support and their auto response suggested I consult the forum. I have had trouble loading things to print all day. I finally started a print using a different browser and half way through it stopped and an amber light came on. It is not hot in the room. At one point the message said lid open. I have had two machines replaced because of that message. I have turned off both the GF and my computer and there is still an amber light and no response from my machine.

Is anyone else having print issues today?

I’m printing ok. Hate to hear you’re having issues. I’m on GF #3 myself…same issues.

Dang. My original hums along fine for 2 1/2 years. I wish that for everyone.
