Another Australian Shipping Emergency

Help! My Glowforge is stuck in Customs with FedEx Like the other Aussies posting here, I’ve an issue with the required commercial invoice.

I’ve dropped an email to Support, but it’s been three days with no response. I’m running out of time before the shipment is returned. @dan @RyanArt. Are you able to assist?

The team is working on resolving all of the issues with the Australian deliveries with FedEx.

I am so sorry for the concern with your shipment, and that you didn’t receive a response to your email on time. As @Jules mentioned, we’re working on getting all Australian shipments cleared directly with FedEx. I’ve followed up with you over email, so I’m going to close this thread.
