Another day, another clock (for my local small independent theatre)

I made a clock for my local theatre called The Circle and Star - I downloaded their logo, converted to SVG. The logo is a white circle and star on a black background so I engraved the background and left the bars and logo (and my little logo for Pixeljuice).

Apart from the small chip on the bottom (plywood issue), it came out nicely,

Thanks for sharing. That must have been a very long engrave, but definitely a way to make the logo as much like theirs as possible. If you redo, a face on two layer acrylic, black on white, might be cool to try.

Oh that’s lovely! Are you sealing it in any way so the engraving doesn’t gather dust?

Huh, a thin “edge” glued on would cover the chip easily and look very intentional.

Wow, at first I thought it was an inlay! Turn zooming in i noticed the engrave. Still very nice! Did you hit it with a clear coat or finish? Since I have pets, my engraves often collect floating dust and hair, so finishing it with something helps protect it from damage when I’m cleaning.
