Nope, I have never seen that.
That’s a Ruby on Rails error coming from the server, so it seems unlikely to me that it could be your fault. Nevertheless, I’d try clearing the browser cache, disabling any extensions, ad blockers, etc., just in case there’s a weird cookie set or a connection blocked or something. Maybe try another computer/browser if you can.
