So last week I have a problem stuck in centering arm not moving etc. The helpful folks helped me trouble shoot. Still nothing then mysteriously the next day it was working again. Now today… SAME PROBLEMS I just ordered my second machine and I think maybe I should cancel… Is it just me or is anyone else down today? I was cutting fine for about an hour and now this. I am at my wits end. I just want to cry and say I quit. I have one through everything they usual say to do. checked all clips etc. Anyone have hope for me? Thanks in advance

When was the last time you powered off your glowforge for about 15 seconds and then back on? Every now and then I have to do that and it usually clears it right up

I did that. I cleared the bed. I cleaned lenses. Thanks though <3

@hamandthebagel I am so sorry your Glowforge printer is not taking a photos.
