Hi, I tried turning my laser on this morning and it seems to not be connecting. I’ve ran through trouble shooting and even attempted to reconnect to my wifi.
When I tried reconnecting it wouldn’t connect to my wifi for some reason.
The laser turns on but does nothing after that.
Anyone else having this issue currently? Just wondering if its an outage on Glowforge end.

I’m experiencing Extreme Lag at the moment
Yeah, we just updated all of our internet systems and they’re running on point with everything connected to it. I reset that also and nothing.

I’m sorry that you ran into trouble with your Glowforge today. I extracted the most recent logs, and saw that your unit connected to our servers again recently. Are you still running into trouble trying to start a print?
I see that you’ve also emailed about this, so I’m going to close this thread and I’ll follow up with you via email to check in and see if you’ve been able to get back up and printing.
