App doesn't recognize new replacement machine

How do I sync my new replacement PRO with the app? It only knows the old machine I sent back. Do I have to create a new app for the new machine? I see how to add new users to the app; but not how to add a new machine. TY in advance…

No —you do not need another app.

Have you tried to set it up?

Set up the replacement on your wifi just as you did your original machine. When you are ready to print, make sure you have selected the newest machine. Click on the name of your Glowforge and you should get a drop down menu of your printers. Be sure to select the correct one or you will think you are offline.
