Arm Moving - No laser

I finished a cut job then put wood in for next one and the laser made one mark and then nothing else. The arm is moving but the laser is not working.

A couple of easy things to check before you start digging into machine-ending issues.

  1. What settings is the new job on?
  2. If it’s an engrave, is there a chance you accidentally duplicated the design?
  3. If you run the Gift of Good Measure does it cut?

It won’t even cut the Gift of Good Measure file.

Well that bites. You need to reach out to Support directly. They have phone support 7 days a week 9-3 Pacific, or Discord, or email. Click the Support link at the top to access all of those ways.

Hopefully it’s something home-repairable, but if not they’ll likely offer you a refurbished machine at a significant discount.
