Has anybody experienced the personal air filter not powering on when the aura starts printing. The two are paired per the app, but it’s to properly filtering. Any idea if I need to replace the filter?

Welcome to the forum. I haven’t read anyone talking about that issue, but it’s possible someone had it and fixed it! If no, you might try the Help channel in the Discord as staff reads that and may have more advice

I’m having the same problem. I unplug and then reconnect the filter and I get one quick blink from the blue light and that’s all.
Contract Tech Support. They will either fix it or replace it. My replacement arrives Saturday and I’m praying it works!
