I bought the Aura but I can’t get it setup because it powers down almost immediately. Everything is plugged in properly. I am so frustrated.

Welcome to the community. I just noticed that you posted in another thread that you couldn’t connect to wifi. If it doesn’t stay powered on, how could you even get to the step to connect to wifi? Sorry…I’m confused about what’s going on with yours.

I have tried connecting so many times. Sometimes it gets to where I can actually login to the wifi but the machine powers off before it can connect. Once I actually got it to connect to the wifi but the machine turned off so lost connection. Most of the time the machine just powers off before I can even get to the step of trying to connect to the wifi. I have tried everything suggested and nothing works.

I did send a message and hope to hear back soon. Right now I have a really big paperweight with a nice exhaust system attached!

I don’t have an Aura, and @Xabbess has already given you the best advice, about contacting support. But on the lighter side, at least you have a nice exhaust system.
