Ever since we cleaned the air assist fan last week, we’ve been having even more issues with my Glowflorge. Now the carriage belt is loose and I can’t get it to tighten. I’ve had so many issues this week and too many orders to not be able to get this fixed quickly. Any help is appreciated.
The idler pulley on the right side is mounted in a slot and is loosened/tightened with a 3mm allen wrench.

I’m sorry to hear your Glowforge belt is loose.
Here is a link on how to tighten the belt adjust the tension of the side belt. Please let us know how it goes.
