Yep, we got one here locally that was some help. No 1/8 stuff other than particle board…ugh… but he did have some nice veneer he could order for me…didn’t have any in stock. Apparently there’s not a lot of cabinet makers this close to the beach. The guy says it’s too hard to keep stock from warping in the humidity, so most of the builders have their shops much further north.

Huh. You’d think our 9 months per year rainy season (SW WA state) would have the same effect. I’m really happy to have a local source for my Baltic birch!
