I am getting sticky, thick black residue on the inside of the fold-down door, the metal floor under the crumb tray, and other metal and plastic surfaces inside my Glowforge. Anyone know how to get this off?

Just remember, you never want to spray liquid on or in your Glowforge printer, because it is possible for cleaning products to damage your machine, and the damage would not be covered by the warranty. The Glowforge manual at glowforge.com/manual describes how to clean your Glowforge safely.
