Received the glowforge pro today. Everything set up . Got on the app , got the design I wanted , hit print …”push the button on your glowforge to begin” pops up. The button does not light up. Does nothing when I push it.
Have you printed the Gift of Good Measure or anything at all? Sometimes for the first print you must scroll down and check accept on the interface.
