My Brother-in-Law goes to the Bonnaroo music festival every year and likes to take some kind of gift item to give to friends and trade with people. So he commissioned me to make him 50 keychains. I engraved them in Proofgrade cherry plywood.

that was my first thought after admiring the design. I think using the wire loop instead of a rigid link will help it survive longer.
