Both of my sides are grayed out when I try to print. 1.5 inches on the left and 2 inches on the right

I have a pro and a plus and both of my sides are grayed out when I try to print. 1.5 inches on the left and 2 inches on the right. Ive cleaned everything multiple times but I am only able to print in the middle of the board

The useable area changes depending on the speed setting. Try a slower setting and you will get a larger area.

Specifically the ENGRAVE speed setting. OP won’t need to adjust cut or score.
