Hello!
My new machine was amazing until it randomly stopped working out of no where this morning! I did a few cuts and engraving last night and all was well. I went to start it up this morning and all of a sudden it now has a grinding noise, says bumped, and says head not found. I’ve contacted support but am in the middle of an order, so I figure i’d look for help here as well.
Any suggestions? I’ve checked connections, and cleaned the lens.

Remove any material from the bed and then restart it.
Otherwise, make sure no sunlight is streaming in.
Both can create conditions where it gets confused about where or what the head is. Usually the “grinding noise” means that it has misidentified the head and it is moving the wrong way.
