My box arrived pretty dinged up, glowforge doesn’t seem damaged and is working fine, but if i ever have to ship it back will I be able to use this box ? There is a 3 inch hole on the bottom that goes straight to machine, I could see it through the box when it first arrived.

Sure. Might wanna tape up the bits that need it, but sure.
Take some old cardboard scrapes and tape to the inside over the hole, then as @Tom_A said tape over the hole on the outside…

I had similar issues and used wood glue on another sheet of cardboard across a similar hole in my box, even before I put it away.

Hi Brianna - I’m sorry to hear that the shipping company didn’t handle your Glowforge delivery properly. Thanks for including pictures. I’ve made note of the damage and in the unlikely case that you need to use the box for a warranty return, we’ll make sure that you don’t need to purchase a new one.
